At this moment there are delays for the orders, because of the current situation in our country. We are trying our best to fulfill the orders in time and strive to dispatch within 24 hours. We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. All orders ship with delivery confirmation and shipping #ID which can be used to track your package.
Domestic orders in Ukraine:
Delivery is carried out to the department of the logistics service "Nova Poshta" at the expense of the buyer

Address delivery abroad is carried out by the logistics service "Ukrposhta" at the expense of the buyer
• 15 EUR
• delivery time 15-21 days;
Express delivery abroad is carried out by the logistics service "UPS" / "FedEx" at the expense of the buyer

• delivery time 3-5 days;
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and we will process all returns and refunds in 5 business days as soon as we receive the return item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If it is the case that you don't want the item you bought or you choose the wrong item, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee occurred. So please double check the product information, especially the size chart before purchase. We really appreciate your patience.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, freebies or gift cards.
*Swimwear, which is a kind of intimates, cannot be returned or exchanged considering of hygienic problems, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
*Final Sale products and accessories cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
However, be sure to update tracking number & logistics carrier in Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you ship your return.
For the health and safety of our team, we only have a small and very limited team on-site. We will process all returns and refunds in 5 business days.

Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the package lost or damaged, etc.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return. Our after-sales warehouse is in Spain, where we will receive and process the returned products.
Currently, YANKI haven't authorized any third party for business purposes. Any purchases in any other third party are out of our warranty.
